Meet Liron Egozi is an impassioned culinary creator and current sous chef at the world renowned, Michelin starred The Musket Room in Nolita. For Egozi, an Israeli national, food is a vessel for experiential and historical continuity, for the transmission of memory, a single bite bridging divides and merging cultures that—outside of the plate—might otherwise exist at odds with one another.
